This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following location: NC
This position delivers strategic insight into business systems through complex analysis, reporting, and operational activities. Serves as a technical expert on system usage and performance. Determines business requirements and implements appropriate specifications, monitoring for compliance and effectiveness. Assists in identifying and resolving process issues which may involve system testing or development. May oversee the work of less experienced analysts in the work group.

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Systems Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
Extensive knowledge of Digital Banking platforms and services, including user interface design, money movement systems (e.g., ACH, Positive Pay) and core integrations (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry, or Q2). Experience working with systems supporting online banking, mobile banking and account management functionalities is essential.
Strong working knowledge of authentication and identity management applications such as Okta, Azure AD or similar tools. Experience with multifactor authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and identity access management solutions.
Clear understanding of IT service delivery processes and how ServiceNow is used to manage those processes. Experience applying best practices to standardize processes across various IT lifecycle stages. Skilled in submitting and executing Change Requests to support scheduled and non-scheduled releases. ITIL Certification preferred but not required.
Proven ability to lead and manage projects of varying scale, from small-scale initiatives to enterprise-level projects by leveraging core project management competencies such as project planning, resource allocation, timeline management, risk assessments and post implementation support. PMP preferred but not required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories and documentation. Must demonstrate the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across business units and technical teams, ensuring alignment on deliverables and priorities.

- Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Analyzes data for accuracy and efficiencies, effectively communicates analysis output.
- Identifying Requirements - Determines system requirements and communicates them through the use of specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Identifies issues that affect system processes, and assists in correcting. Ensures compliance through testing and analysis.
- Reporting - Produces advanced reporting based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Identifies patterns, problems, and areas of improvement. May develop process enhancements based on analysis results.
- System Support - Provides expert technical support for systems by responding to escalated inquiries, ensuring processes run smoothly, and working to continuously improve the end-user experience. Implements recommended modifications and enhancements. Serves as an analytics resource to wider organization or business units, offering guidance on systems and data output.
