Levels of Responsibility
Universal Associate I
- Processes transactions, handles cash and vault responsibilities, and opens and maintains deposit accounts for consumers and businesses.
- Completes necessary maintenance on customer accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using personal computers and position-related software programs.
- Familiarity with general office equipment such as telephones, calculators, coin sorters, currency counters, and copy machines.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational experience (preferred).
- One year of customer service and/or cash handling experience (preferred).
Work Environment
The Universal Associate role is a full-time position averaging approximately 40 hours per week, including some Saturday mornings.
