What Youll Do
Our Branch Support Advocates support the daily operations of the teller line in conjunction with our leadership teams. You will be a Subject Matter Expert on products related to member accounts, electronic delivery channels and loan products handled/maintained in the branch. There is no list of products to sell we believe in simply advocating for our members while providing support to our internal and external communities.
What We Require
This role requires a minimum of six months experience working in a financial institution to include some teller and/or customer service experience. - the rest we can figure out together. We believe training and learning are always possible when you have a can-do attitude. All we ask is that you have the desire to help others and our community.

Physical Demands Efforts
This function requires moderate standing, walking and sitting. Will be sitting while performing computer data entry functions. Position does not involve climbing or crawling but may on occasion kneel/squat. Requires lifting and moderate carrying of items up to 25 pounds such as a bankers box. Ability to operate normal office equipment such as, telephone, copy machine, fax, scanner, and computer.
Mental & Visual Demands
Specific vision abilities required by this job include: close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
This position typically works in an office environment. Noise is moderate and typical of conversations and office equipment.
