As a Member Advocate, you will provide a positive member experience and assist in various branch activities to help members of the community achieve financial freedom. Your role is not about selling products, but about advocating for our members while providing support to our internal and external communities.

Working Conditions:
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those you'll encounter while performing the essential functions of this job.
Physical Demands:
This function requires moderate standing, walking and sitting. You'll be sitting while performing computer data entry functions. Position does not involve climbing or crawling but may on occasion kneel/squat. You'll need to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds such as a bankers box. Ability to operate normal office equipment such as telephone, copy machine, fax, scanner, and computer.
Mental & Visual Demands:
You'll need specific vision abilities including close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment:
You'll typically work in an office environment. Noise is moderate and typical of conversations and office equipment.
