Position: Commercial Lender
Department: SW Region (Tipton County in West Tennessee)
Position Description: Originates new account relationships and enhances existing account
relationships in accordance with the Bank's policies, goals and objectives. Originates and services a
wide variety of secured and unsecured business loans or lines of credit. Ensures applicable bank
lending policies and practices are followed. Lender will INSPIRE customers while providing “Welcome
Home” experience as they develop professional relationship with customers while providing expert
knowledge of the bank’s loan products and services. As partners in each community we service, all

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance or equivalent years of
experience in lending is preferred. Exceptional customer relationship skills are necessary. Strong
computer skills with a proficiency in Microsoft office products including Word, Excel and Outlook are
required.
Working Conditions: Available to work Monday thru Friday 8 am to 5 pm. Ability to meet
deadlines is crucial. Flexible work schedule. Team atmosphere. Maintain professional appearance
and behavior at all times.
