What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at First City Staffing LLC?
First City Staffing is looking for a reliable candidate to work in an OEM factory in Lamar, IN.
Hours : 6am to 4 : 30pm Central Time Monday thru Thursday (up to 12 hour shifts and / or additional days as needed)
Pay Rate : Production worker $15.75
Material handler : $16.75
Drug Screen : 10 panel urine, THC is ok
Background : 5 years felony free
Attendance Policy : 4 days worth of absent hours in a team members standard schedule will be allowed during temp assignment (i.e. 40 hours for team members as a standard schedule is 4 -10 hours Monday thru Thursday with OT as needed) taken in minute increments. If TTH is absent above and beyond the allowed absent hours temp assignment will terminate based on unsatisfactory attendance. Upon hire with the company, remaining hours will be converted into emergency time and TTH would be hired with this available time plus half of allotted amount for use under this policy. If you utilize all absent hours then you will only be hired with half of the standard allotted amount.
PPE : Safety Glasses (Z87) within yellow lines of work cell, no ear buds or covered ears, and closed toed shoes for production workers. In addition, steel toes and safety vests for material handlers. Work cells may require additional PPE (gloves for example) but would specify in work instruction.
Conversion hours : 480
Benefits after conversion : General labor hourly pay rate $17.52 / hr with an annual raise for the first 5 years and every 5 years after that. Various affordable benefit packages.
