Job Summary
As an Express Service Technician – Rack Attack & Quick Lube Specialist , you will perform essential maintenance and light-duty repairs, focusing on speed, precision, and quality . You will work in a fast-paced environment, executing our streamlined Speed of Service Lift Process to keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform quick-service maintenance such as oil changes, fluid top-offs, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
- Execute the "Rack Attack" lift process , ensuring vehicles are positioned, inspected, and serviced quickly.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to service advisors.
- Follow strict safety and quality control guidelines to maintain high service standards.
- Work as a team player , collaborating with technicians and advisors to ensure seamless workflow.
- Keep work areas clean and organized , following shop cleanliness standards.
- Use shop management software ( Tekmetric ) to document work and flag any issues.
- Maintain a strong sense of urgency while ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- Assist with light-duty tasks, such as bulb replacements, battery testing, and wiper installations.
