With four successful locations and a national reputation for excellence, we’re looking for a talented Store Manager / Service Advisor to help lead one of our high-performing shops in Anderson, Greenville, or Mauldin.

As a Store Manager / Service Advisor at First Class HALT, you’ll oversee day-to-day shop operations, lead a skilled team of advisors and technicians, and drive results by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong operational performance.
You’ll also play a key role in implementing strategic improvements, meeting KPIs, and ensuring the shop meets both revenue and customer satisfaction goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of experience managing a high-volume environment.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales and service goals.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Focused on accountability, performance, and creating a great customer experience.
- Familiarity with independent repair shops or national chains preferred.
- Valid driver’s license; must be 21 or older.
Schedule & Locations:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday only (NO weekends!).
- Shop hours: 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
- Locations: Anderson, Greenville & Mauldin, SC.

Compensation & Benefits:
- $85,000 – $100,000/year, based on experience and performance.
