Who We Are: First Class Intake provides a call center that handles intake, qualification, and signing services for law firms. We work closely with some of the country’s leading class action and mass tort attorneys and help connect leads with law firms.

Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact between law firms and call center
- Managing all aspects of campaign setup, including gathering required documents, optimizing call scripts and flows, and verifying information with attorneys
- Explaining details of campaign to call center reps
- Interfacing with attorneys when questions arise
- Monitoring and following up on ongoing campaigns
Skills:
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong writing ability
- Strong computer skills
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Either 2 years call center experience OR experience as a legal secretary, office manager, or paralegal
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
