We are seeking a highly ambitious team player to fill an Entry Level Client Acquisition Specialist role on our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers at various retail locations on behalf of our clients. Your primary goal will be to increase customer acquisition by building relationships, promoting products/services, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with potential customers at retail locations to introduce and promote our clients’ products/services.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with new customers through face-to-face interactions.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions that align with our clients’ offerings.
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for our clients, ensuring all messaging, promotions, and sales tactics align with their marketing objectives.
- Provide customers with accurate product information, highlighting the features, benefits, and value propositions of offerings.
- Participate in in-store promotions, events, and product demonstrations to increase brand awareness.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly customer acquisition and sales targets.
- Track and report on performance metrics, including customer interactions, sales conversions, and lead generation.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by providing exceptional service and answering any inquiries.
- Work closely with other Client Acquisition Specialists, sales teams, and management to achieve client acquisition and sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferably in a client-facing role).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
- Strong ability to engage with diverse customer groups and create connections.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in various retail environments.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic setting with frequent customer interaction.
- Familiarity with retail operations and promotional campaigns is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience working as a brand ambassador or sales representative.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Ability to provide a high level of customer service and resolve concerns effectively.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
