Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Outreach :
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services.
Build and maintain client relationships to drive new business opportunities.
Manage social media platforms, email marketing, and website content updates.
Process Serving & Notary Services :
Coordinate and manage process serving assignments efficiently.
Provide or manage notary services as needed.
Contract Bidding :
Identify and respond to opportunities for government, state, and private contracts.
Manage DUNS numbers, SAMS registration, and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on bids to secure contracts.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, contract management, or related fields.
Knowledge of DUNS numbers, SAMS registration, and government bidding processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
Notary Public certification and process serving experience are a plus (or willingness to obtain).
