Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Settlement Processor / Paralegal at First Class Title, Inc. located in Rockville, MD. The Pre Settlement Processor / Paralegal will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to pre-settlement processing, supporting the legal team, and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documents.
Qualifications
- Experience in pre-settlement processing, 2 years minimum
- Positive interpersonal and strong customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Familiarity with legal documentation and procedures
- Proficiency in legal software and tools. We use Title Express.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Detailed oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- Paralegal certification or relevant degree is a plus
