Responsibilities
Tasks include performing a wide range of duties for daily operations, including but not limited to:
- Filter all incoming calls and transfer to proper department.
- Taking Orders over the Phone
- Responding to Customer Calls and Emails
- Processing and Verifying Invoices
- Communicating with Vendors and Customers
- Maintaining Records
- Enter customer orders and all equipment service requests.
- Assist customers and vendors with any questions or concerns via phone and email.
- Resolve problems and execute follow-up for all branches.
- Support Operational staff.
- Assist with various administrative tasks.
Required Skills
- Possess strong PC skills.
- Be proficient in Data Entry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with critical deadlines.
- Able to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
- Be proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be able to problem solve and deal with complex situations.
- Ability to accept change, adapt quickly and learn new processes and systems.
- Possess strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Possess good customer service etiquette via phone, email, and in person.
Bilingual is a plus
Shift- Monday -Friday 7:30am-4Pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
