Role Description
This is a contract role for a Lead Java Full Stack Developer, based on-site in Austin TX . The Lead Java Full Stack Developer will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance. The developer will work on creating robust and scalable microservices, utilizing Jakarta EE and various design patterns to ensure high-quality software solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Software Development and Programming
- Proficiency with Jakarta EE and Microservices architecture
- Knowledge of Design Patterns for creating efficient and maintainable code
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in leading development teams is a plus
Will be needing a strong programmer who will be working on both the Java site and development side.
Will be working on testing for implementation purposes.
- Work on the Venmo Federated Identity project
Front-end technology:
Expertise in front-end technologies, including JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as React Js, Angular, jQuery and LESS.
Development Languages
Knowledge of server-side programming languages including Net, Java, Ruby and Python.
Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, including SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB and MySQL and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish.
Basic Design Ability
Including knowledge of UI/UX and basic prototype design.
Server
Experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a solid background in Linux.
