We are looking for an Attendant to join our SilverLeaf Amenities Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the management teamand ensuring the smooth running of daily operations of the attendant office. This includes answering phones, greeting residents, maintaining the office environment, filing forms, data entry, and answering emails. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet residents and answer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain the office environment and ensure it is clean and tidy.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and access control programming.
- Keep facility restrooms tidy
- Ensure that all office supplies are adequately stocked.
- Check-in residents and check they have proper access credentials
- Must be comfortable spending time outside to ensure residents are adequatly served
- Must be able to safely lift up to 25lbs.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
