Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Assist with office management tasks, including data entry
- Saturday availability is a must, 10AM - 4PM
Experience:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient typing skills
This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple responsibilities at once. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a clerical or administrative role, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
