OFFICE MANAGER, First Command Financial Services, Fairfax, VA
40 hour/week, Monday -Friday, In person, Salary plus Bonus, option for SEP IRA
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Office Manager is responsible for the day-to-day activities, operations, and compliance of the district office and reports directly to the District Advisor. The Office Manager is also ensures that each advisor team has the tools needed to care for clients.
BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- Manage day to day office logistics, supplies, equipment, vendors, to include negotiation of leases and troubleshooting of equipment
- Bookkeeping of all District Advisor and District Office expenses to include managing QuickBooks, Pool Payroll, and Advisor Office Bills
- Evaluating & reassigning move-in clients to new local advisor
- Contacting District Advisor clients with life insurance rider opportunities to include quote, sale, and implementation
- Tracking Marketing and Recruiting expenses for ROI
COMPLIANCE
- Perform periodic internal compliance reviews of sales
- Maintain district compliance files: training documentation, correspondence, complaints, security breaches, advertising and marketing
- Maintaining updated District Business Continuity Plan
- Compliance Inspection Liaison
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to manage personnel and implement processes
- Self-motivated team player
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
