What are the responsibilities and job description for the Web & Digital Media Developer position at First Community Credit Union - Houston, TX?
First Community is in search of a Web & Digital Media Developer. This person will be responsible for building, maintaining and enhancing the Credit Union's marketing websites and ensure the websites are consistently optimally presented with the maximum user experience while being responsible for SEO specific content and techniques. They will also ensure website consistently represents the credit union brand is functioning properly and available to users 24/7/365, monitors and analyzes user traffic behaviors to improve the visitor experience and ensure accuracy of materials posted to the website.
Additional responsibilities to include writing and editing website content, blog posts and marketing materials with experience using graphic design programs and computer programming in HTML and/or CSS format to generate and upload web pages.
Will utilize web development and analytical software to identify areas of opportunity while ensuring all website content is up to date and optimized for SEO best practices and regularly reviews SEO reporting and metrics to ensure highest google ratings and speed. Will also prepare campaign results, creates data visualizations and presents reports of insights and findings to the team.
This person will also be responsible for assisting with credit union events both on and off site.
This position requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in digital marketing, marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience and five to eight years in website design and development and SEO strategies and optimization experience.
