General Facilities Worker

There is an immediate opening for a full-time General Facilities Worker. Job duties include picking up mail from the Post Office in the mornings. Sort, process and deliver mail. Run all the daily mail through our postage machine and keep numerical account of mail. Prepare courier bags to go to the various branches. Assist with other various duties as determined by the General Services Manager. The ability to handle general maintenance tasks. Changing light bulbs, painting, basic plumbing, and general facility repairs such as doors, doorknobs, and locks. The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge in many aspects of repair and maintenance work, as well as electric and carpentry skills, ability to multitask, be able to reach and lift materials as well as having the ability climb ladders and stairs and move furniture.
