What are the responsibilities and job description for the Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager - San Antonio/Austin position at First Community Credit Union?
We are currently looking for an Indirect Dealer Relationship Manager for First Community Credit Union. This individual is responsible for managing the Dealer Indirect Program for FCCU in San Antonio and Austin and working directly with dealerships to secure and maintain production relationships. The qualified candidate will have two to four years of related experience in the auto finance industry and a successful track record in dealer lending as a buyer or dealer representative. This position offers a lucrative commission in addition to a base salary.
The Relationship Manager will be required to:
- Meet assigned goals for funded loans by generating business from new and existing dealer relationships.
- Maintain acceptable portfolio quality as defined by the credit union's leadership
- Implement product and program improvements
- Oversee performance metrics in many areas such as: application counts, approval percentages, delinquency /charge off ratios, and etc.
- Develop assessments and recommendations for loan pricing, dealer reserve structure, credit policy guidelines, and etc.
- Recruit new dealerships into the program, as well as maintain existing relationships
