Description:
The Member Service Representative will embody a high-energy, world-class service and sales culture that continuously strives to improve the way we serve our members. They will be responsible for accurate financial transactions, offering credit union products and services that fit individual member needs, and providing administrative support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Live the First Community Credit Union Mission, Vision, and Values within the organization and communities.
- Assist in branch services and operations to serve our members.
- Perform various cash transactions, including accepting share deposits and loan payments, disburse share withdrawals, and balance cash drawers.
- Process payments for the sale of credit union products and set up new accounts on the system.
- Provide information concerning the credit union and members' accounts, maintain mailing lists, and assist with sending out mailings.
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate staff member while following all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and neat work area, develop effective cross-selling techniques, and promote credit union special events and campaigns.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
