As a Plastic Cards Coordinator, you realize the importance of extending excellent customer service to members assist with their card accounts; control issuing, blocking, and renewal of credit cards, ATM cards and debit cards. You exude a professional and courteous attitude as you interact with members while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to work all operating hours.
- Take pride in professionalism.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment.
- Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change.
- Ability to communicate, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment.
