Senior Business Loan Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Loan Representative to join our team at First Community Mortgage. In this role, you will originate high-quality loans that meet FCM guidelines, develop business relationships with local real estate agents and builders, and manage a territory of First National Bank Texas and First Convenience banks. As a key member of our team, you will educate employees on FCM mortgage programs, develop contacts with bank partner store management teams, and take customer loan applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Originate high-quality loans that meet FCM guidelines
- Develop business relationships with local real estate agents and builders
- Manage a territory of First National Bank Texas and First Convenience banks; educate employees on FCM mortgage programs
- Develop contacts with bank partner store management teams
- Take customer loan applications, including pulling credit
- Conduct presentations, including First-Time Home Buyer Seminars, realtor sales meetings, product training, etc.
- Communicate with borrowers and real estate agents throughout the loan process
- Issue and explain pre-qualification letters, disclosures, and all other initial compliance documentation for borrowers; includes Good Faith Estimates, Truth-In-Lending, and APR
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business loan origination or related field
- Strong understanding of FCM mortgage programs and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
