COVID-19 vaccination isrecommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October throughApril. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by PhoenixChildrens prior to starting. Anyone notvaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign Declination& Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the full respiratoryvirus season.
Only Nights are available now.
Experience
- 2 years nursing experience
- 1 year of NICU experience
- Level III or IV NICU experience preferred
- Childrens hospital experiencepreferred
Education Requirements:
- Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing,a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree.
- BSN preferred.
Certification/License/Registry Requirements:
- Current State of Arizona RNlicense or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or theability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date.
- Current BLS certification forHealthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
- Current PALS certificationfrom the American Heart Association.
- Current NRP certification.
