Common patient diagnosis : Dementia
The Certified Nurse Aide assists, encourages and instructs residents in their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) referencing a comprehensive care plan. Responsibilities include providing individual and comprehensive resident care in accordance with under the supervision of licensed personnel. Responsible for reporting deviations in resident status to appropriate licensed personnel. Maintains compliance with Regulatory guidelines.
