Job Description :
Job Summary : Provides vital support to both patients and nurses. From transporting, assistance with daily living activities, medication assistance, and safety checks. Helps oversee the safety of our occupants and facilitates social-emotional support, enhance occupant outcomes.
Experience :
Previous long-term care experience preferred
Previous working knowledge of PointClickCare (PCC) EMR.
Age : Minimum of 18 years of age.
Education and Training : High school diploma or GED required
Licensures / Certifications & Other Requirements :
Current Washington State Certified Nursing in good standing
Current CPR & 1st Aide Certification
Certification of Nurse Delegation for Nursing Assistants required
Certification of WA DSHS Dementia Specialty Training, Mental Health Specialty Training and Developmental Disabilities Specialty Training required or contracted for less than 120 days
Initiate the WA State name and date of birth and national fingerprint Criminal Background checks upon start date with our facility.
N95 mask fitting using our approved masks
TB Testing required as stipulated in WAC 388-78A
