Pen Bay Medical Center is looking for CRNA Locum coverage for ONE Full Time position!
Details
Start Date: 1/13/25
Monday-Friday (4, 10-hour shifts with a rotating day off)
Supervised by Anesthesiologist
Setting: Inpatient only, NO CALL
Case types: Bread and butter. There will be NO neurosurgery, cadiac, lung, spine, cath lab, EP lab, OB, tubes, dental. and trauma cases.
2 CRNAs to 1 Anesthesiologist.
Credentialing timeframe: 60-90 days
EMR: Epic

How often peds are done and are the peds T&A, tubes or dental? Pediatric cases 1 day per week. Patients >1yr of age, ASA 1-2. Ear tubes, T&As only.
How many deliveries a year? CRNAs cover elective and emergent c-sections in the OR. No labor epidurals.
Rates To Submit
Malpractice - Must be included in the rates.
Orientation - Per hour of orientation or training
Hourly - *** rate cap - Per hour up to 10 hours a day.
Overtime - Per hour for any hour beyond 10 hours a day.
Corresponding holiday rates.
Conversion fee - ***k rate cap
