- Schedule: 8 AM to 4:30 PM with 30 minutes for lunch - 8 hours per day
- No call
- Schedule Requirements: Facility is looking for FULL TIME coverage only. Provider must be available to work 4 week stretches at a time. Provider can take some time off in between 4 week stretches, but cannot take time off within the 4-week block.

- Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage? No
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office) : 20-25 on treatment with weekly treatment visits, follow-ups and consults
- Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding) : 0-1
- Trauma Level 2
- Adult patients
- EMR: Aria
- Required procedures:Conventional Radiotherapy,3D Radiotherapy,External Beam Radiation - IMRT,External Beam Radiation - IGRT,External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT,Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT),Stereotactic Radiosurgery,Photon Beam Radiation Therapy,Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
- Credentialing timeframe:Facility can offer temp privs which is approx. 30-60 days
