- # beds/rooms: 2
- Average # of providers in the clinic/day: 1 provider per 12 hour shift
- Average # of patients/day: 10-40 per day
- Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Pediatrics through geriatrics. URI, UTI, Sore throat, Cold, fevers
- Experience or 'Must have' skills: Primary care or urgent care experience preferred, not required
- Is there a Manager/Supervisor on each shift?: Yes
- Do you use Medical Assistants or CNA's?: 3 care guides per shift are scheduled- usually a CNA, RN, and Rad Tech
- EMR: EPIC
- Shifts & Scheduling: 12 hour shifts, 3-4 shifts per week. Typically 8a-8p. Team scheduling utilized
- Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend on rotation, may be more depending on need
- Holiday Requirement: Yes as needed
- Floating Requirements: May be asked to float between Urgent Care Main and Urgent Care on 43rd
- How many shifts of unit/department specific orientation?: 2-3 weeks
