ANESTHESIA TECH CERT
75 MILESTRAIGHT LINERADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS-Please only submit candidates thatarea aware of their submission to our facility. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initialsubmission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after theacceptance date will not be approved.When submitting candidatesinclude at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume,and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
13 weeks assignment, 2 years experience current required inlarge OR. Anesthesia Tech experience required. Experiencerequired in Recovery Room, ICU, Emergency Room, Operation Room, Pharmacy orBio-Med setting. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast pacedenvironment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travelassignment.
CERTIFICATIONS: BLS and ACLS required. BLS, (ACLS,and BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Healthand Safety, or client. EPIC EMR experience preferred. ASATT(American Society of Anesthesia Technologists and Technicians) certification required.
Responsibilities -Provides supplies and equipment toeach anesthetizing location in proper working order.
SHIFT: Varied Shifts may fluctuate to fulfilldepartment staffing needs. Weekends, on call, and holidays may be required.Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within20 miles of permanent assigned location. Traveling pairs are not guaranteedsame schedules or same shifts.
ORIENTATION: Is the first week of the contract, notto exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training (Epic test out availableif has used Epic in last six months)

IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
