CT Tech -

2 yearsexperience current required.Must have successfully completedat least one 13-week travel assignment.
JobDescription: Performscomputerized tomographic radiographs according to established practices andProcedures, Reviews exams for clinical appropriateness, appropriatelyprioritizes exams, and demonstrates effective communication of criticalsituations. Is knowledgeable regarding hospital policies and procedures.
Certifications: BLS (must be through American Heart Association, client or American Safety & Health Institute);*Primary ARRT certification required, *ARRT (CT) certification is preferred * NM state license is required
EMR: EPIC experience preferred.
Shifts:12-hour Varied shift position.Shiftstarttime VariedWeekend yes. Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.Holidays and floating may be required. Traveling pairs are not guaranteed sameschedules or same shifts.
Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 totalhours, and includes EPIC training.
Scrubs: Requiredand not provided by the facility (Ceil blue, Navy blue, Maroon, or Teal).

- Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location. 3. State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico. 4. ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENED (creates I.T. onboarding issues). 5. Cancellations/Fees: Please review page 13 of their contract regarding fees your agency could receive (for travelers cancelling without proper notice).
