Role: Physical Therapist - Home Health
Role Responsibilities
Required to prioritize start of care visits
Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
Be generally responsive during normal business hours
Requirement: CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience
Territory: Marin, Sonoma, and Napa County, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday and one weekend a month rotation
Training: 3 full days, one in house and two in the field
Documentation System: Kinnser
Equipment Issued: iPad, Telecommunication One Talk
Mileage Reimbursement: ***/mile (from first to last patient)
Parking and Toll Reimbursement: Paid
Company Car: Option with a decreased bill rate
Bill Rate: ***
