Ashtabula Regional Medical Center (ARMC) in Ashtabula, OH is hiring a Perm Urologist. ARMC is an affiliate of the Cleveland Clinic and invites you to consider a dynamic opportunity with our multispecialty group practice which incudes 60 employed providers; 21 of which are primary care.
Job Description
17-20 is the average number of office/clinic patients per day (non negotiable)
Full-time negotiable schedule
Hospital Based Outpatient/Clinic
On call 10 days per month
50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients
90% Outpatient/10% Inpatient
2 Current Urologists in the Group
Lab onsite
X-Ray onsite
Ancillary Office Staff: 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist
Equipment: PVR Scanner
EMR - EPIC
Credentialing timeframe: 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely
Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate
Not accepting Locums submissions
Open to H-1B and J-1 visa candidates
Compensation And Benefits
Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed at interview.

3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

State experience with procedures (add to "Experience" field): General Urology, Advanced Endoscopic Techniques, Laparoscopic Surgeries, Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Radical Cystectomy with Ileo-Loop Conduit, Radical Prostatectomy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Pelvic Node Dissection, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Renal and Bladder U/S, TRUS Biopsies, Fertility Work-Up, Incontinence Procedures, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (EWSL), Brachytherapy - REQUIRED
