General job duties, responsibilities, expectations: Assemble surgical instrumentation and prepare surgical case carts. Inventory maintenance including; counting, date checking and rotation of supplies through our internal warehouse.

Standard computer programs used in the department: windows based application

Required skills and minimum years of experience: high school diploma

Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: none

Shift or schedule requirements. If so, how often? Are weekends required: Monday through Friday day hours = 0600-1430 or 0900-1730 PM hours = 1400-2230

Dress Code: scrub attire provided by facility and hair covering
