What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Office Customer Service Representative position at First Consumers Financial of Lafayette?
First Consumers Financial of Lafayette is looking for a new addition to our consumer finance team. We are searching for a Loan Processor/ CSR to assist our office in all aspects of our daily operations. The Loan Processor/ CSR will be responsible for processing credit applications, reviewing loan documents from dealerships, handling telephone inquiries, greeting customers, taking payments, marketing, and closing loan appointments.
Requirements
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Strong attention to detail in order to review loan packets
- Great organizational skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to make collection calls and assist customers with making payment arrangements
- Fun and energetic personality
- Previous Credit knowledge is a plus, but not required as we are willing to train!
The hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 AM - 5 PM. Towards the end of the month we do also work some Saturday's 9 AM - 1 PM. You will always be give notice if you are expected to work on a Saturday.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $11.00 - $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
