We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative who thrives at multitasking in a high-volume setting for our Houston office. This role can be partially remote for a well-qualified candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client policies and marketing / email campaigns.
- Respond to requests / leads via phone or email in a prompt and professional manner.
- Transacting policy changes.
- Customer acquisition by building a strong rapport with current and prospective clients.
- Provide quotes as requested.
- Cross-selling.
- Policy renewal offerings.
- Request missing and / or required information from client by phone, via email, or letter.
- Other duties as assigned.
