Job Title: Assistant Center/Branch Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to assist our Center/Branch Manager in the daily operations of our staff. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills to ensure seamless delivery of quality customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare work schedules, assist with bank balancing, staff meetings, customer care, and concerns.
- Control security video processes as directed by policy and upper management.
- Assist in delivering quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects, adhering to approved quality standards.
- Accountable for achieving monthly new account production as assigned by upper management.
- Work closely with managers to motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production goals.
- Manage the branch in the absence of the manager.
- Conduct training sessions for new hires.
- Provide banking services to a diverse customer base, including a large Spanish-speaking population.
- Operate computers and other office machinery.
