We are seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to assist the Center/Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of banking operations, and a passion for delivering quality customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Center/Branch Manager in the daily operation of staff
- Prepare work schedule, assist with bank balancing, staff meeting, customer care and concerns
- Control security video process as directed by policy and upper management
- Assist in the delivery of quality customer service through personal contact with customers and prospects
- Accountable for the achievement of monthly new account production as assigned by upper management
- Work closely with manager to motivate staff to achieve retail and new account production
- Manage branch in the absence of the manager
- Conduct training for new hires
**Physical Requirements:**
- Required to stand or walk for extended periods of time dependent upon branch location
- Operate a computer and other office machinery
- Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs will be required
