A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO BRING YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF TITLE & REAL ESTATE TO OUR BUSY B2B SERVICES PROVIDER! WE HAVE FULL-TIME TEMPORARY POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR OUR ONGOING PROJECTS.
Our Title Examiners utilize extensive experience in real estate records, forms, and practices. You will be abstracting, compiling and examining documentation from public records as well as organizing the information into a file which reflects the parties of interest and current condition of land requested by the tax collector clients. You will tailor it into a Party of Interest property report using our Title Data Collector.
Requirements : You must have :
- At least 5 years' experience searching title using a geographic title plant
- Solid understanding of title practices and procedures (familiarity with Title Point is a huge plus)
- High competence in computer applications including full Microsoft Suite and internet searching
- Comfort with PDF Studio Pro, Adobe Acrobat and a paperless work environment
- Strong communication skills with reading, writing, speaking and command of the English language
