Reports To: Senior Vice President/Manager

Job Purpose:

To prepare files for closing and print documents necessary to the transaction. Responsibilities also include addressing requirements on assigned commitments and disbursing files. Additional responsibilities include assisting with post-closing activities and other office tasks as needed.

Essential Functions and Typical Tasks:

- Prepare, Close, and Disburse Real Estate Transactions, other Miscellaneous Office Tasks

Experience/Education/Skills:

Combination of education/experience and technical skills that would enable incumbent to meet essential functions and required competencies of the position.

C. COMMUNICATIONS METHODS – Must be able to get important points across in the process of accurately completing a transaction to the satisfaction of the customer.

D. PROFESSIONAL/ETHICAL CONDUCT – Fiduciary responsibility for the safekeeping and management of valuable assets and/or highly confidential and sensitive information require ethics and professionalism beyond approach.

E. CO-WORKER RELATIONSHIPS – Must be able to cooperatively interact with co-workers so as to promote an effective, productive work unit.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Normal office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, etc. Travel to other closing locations as needed. Overtime and extended PC viewing and keyboarding required. Extended periods of sedentary work required.

• 8 hour shift
