We specialize in outfitting first responders, including police, fire, and EMS personnel, with high-quality uniforms and gear.
Responsibilities:
- Perform alterations, hemming, and tailoring for first responder uniforms
- Ensure all work meets professional standards and department regulations
- Handle patches and minor repairs as needed
- Assist customers with fittings and uniform adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Pay rate will be determined on experience
Qualifications:
- Experience in tailoring, alterations, or sewing required
- Familiarity with uniform tailoring is a plus but not required
- Apply patches to uniforms
- Hemming of pants
- Tapering of shirts and pants
- Full alterations of dress jackets
- Shortening of sleeves and cuffs
- Other alterations as needed
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
