MOC TT Exercise Plans/Naval Integration Analyst (Contingent)

Contingent upon contract award.

First Division Consulting is hiring a(n) Integration Analyst to serve as a subject matter expert in Exercise Planning and Naval Integration for the Multi-Domain Operations Center Training Team (MOC TT). This role involves supporting Marine Corps training and operational readiness through the development and integration of exercise plans focused on Naval warfare concepts.

The contractor shall perform the following task(s):

• Develop and execute exercise plans that incorporate Naval Integration principles
• Provide expertise in Naval operations, doctrine, and tactics to enhance training outcomes
• Collaborate with Marine Corps and Navy stakeholders to ensure effective integration of joint operational capabilities
• Support the evaluation and assessment of training exercises
• Maintain and update course materials to reflect current Naval operational standards and objectives
  
  
  

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• Demonstrated expertise in Naval operations and integration with Marine Corps forces
• Experience in exercise planning and execution within a military environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
• Familiarity with Marine Corps and Naval doctrine, operational planning processes, and warfighting capabilities
• Must be a US citizen

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
