First Division Consulting is looking for a talented Program Manager to lead and oversee program execution at NSWC PCD. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated track record of success in managing large-scale NAVSEA or NAVAIR programs (or DoD equivalent), with deep experience in program planning and execution.
Location: NSWC Panama City Division (Panama City, FL)

Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of program management in support of NAVSEA/NAVAIR (or equivalent) initiatives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
- Maintain and monitor detailed program schedules and milestones.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
- Prepare and routinely update key program plans, including Risk Management, Configuration Management, and Process Improvement Plans.
- Monitor program performance and initiate corrective actions as needed.
- Review and contribute to technical and programmatic documentation.
- Represent the program at senior-level program reviews and stakeholder briefings.
- Minimum of 7 years of program management experience.
- Proven experience managing NAVSEA or NAVAIR (or equivalent DoD) programs.
- Extensive experience with program planning, documentation review, and performance tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in high-stakes environments.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and project management software.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Clearance Required: Active Top Secret.
Physical Requirements:
