First Docs, a physician-owned and operated medical group, is seeking Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our dynamic and progressive acute and post-acute practice in the Rochester, NY market.
We are seeking CRNPs and PAs who excel in a collaborative environment and strive for positive outcomes and care experiences for their patients.
Practice offers a truly collaborative medical model with on-site and direct physician supervision, guidance, and direction from seasoned IM physicians. The physician executive team is devoted to our practitioners' personal and professional growth, providing unmatched guidance, education, and professional mentorship. Our extensive operations and clinical support teams provide additional support, tools, and resources (scribes, professional coders, integrated EHR, real-time financial dashboards, SNF subject-matter experts, etc) to help our CRNPs and PAs be more effective, more efficient, and more compliant and have more time to focus on quality, direct patient care.

- Skilled Nursing Facility setting
