Sales Development Representative (Canada)

First Due, a quickly growing SaaS technology company providing an end-to-end software platform for Fire and EMS agencies, is searching for a Sales Development Representative (SDR), located in Canada, to play a critical role in generating new revenue and developing new Sales pipelines to help us meet our aggressive Sales goals and deliver on our goal to make our communities safer and better informed through best-in-class public safety technology.

The Role

As an SDR, you will :

• Identify, nurture, and route quality leads for potential Canadian customers and in support of assigned Account Executive(s) and Account Associates (Aas) through emails, meetings and phone calls.
• Support discovery with assigned agencies on their needs for end-to-end software solutions
• Maintain current understanding of public safety industry including software ecosystem, trends, performance indicators, competitive landscape, and business practices.
• Other duties as assigned depending on Sales and business needs.
