Job Title : Sales Enablement Manager

Location : North America / Remote

First Due s Sales Enablement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving our sales teams success equipping them with the necessary tools resources and training to effectively sell the First Due platform. This role involves a deep understanding of our products the public safety landscape and the challenges faced by first responders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that increase sales efficiency effectiveness and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute sales training programs and materials that align with First Due s business goals and sales objectives. The programs need to be implemented virtually and / or inperson.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products market and the needs of our customers to create relevant sales enablement content (e.g. pitch decks case studies product sheets).
  • Manage and optimize the sales enablement content repository ensuring that all information is easily accessible and uptodate.
  • Collaborate with the sales marketing and product teams to identify knowledge gaps within the sales team and develop new training programs.
  • Analyze sales performance and identify trends to recommend improvements in training and sales processes.
  • Facilitate onboarding training for new sales hires and continuous education for the sales team including but not limited to inperson team meetings product launches etc.
  • Create and implement methodologies metrics and measurements to product reports on the effectiveness of sales enablement investments and programs.
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends in sales enablement and public safety technology to continuously improve our sales enablement practices.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in sales enablement sales training or a related role preferably within the education technology or childcare industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales enablement programs.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable items.
  • Strong expertise and fluency with sales enablement technologies CRM systems and learning management systems (LMS).
  • Passion for public safety and a deep belief in First Due s mission and goals.

    Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in business systems management or a similar role within a SaaS or technology-driven company Strong knowledge of business systems and tools, including CRMs, project management software, marketing automation, and data integration solutions. Tech-savvy; understands the best-of-breed tools and systems and how to optimize them Adept at solutioning and developing out-of-the-box solutions to solve for systems business needs Exceptional project management experience (PMP ideal) Comfortable managing a high volume of work with simultaneous deadlines and priorities; high attention to detail to manage multiple systems and projects simultaneously Outstanding oral and written communications skills; able to concisely present ideas and concepts Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve technical and process-related issues. Experience working remotely Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Public health and safety experience preferred but not required for the right candidate.
