This is a remote position.
Technical Analysts facilitate the deployment of technical components to a client’s site during the implementation phase by working in close coordination with the client, implementation team, and deployment team. As a Technical Analyst, you will take responsibility for identifying business requirements related to technical components (GIS, CAD, data migration, etc.), gathering information and resources related to the implementation, and testing / verifying the functionality / integrity of each deployed component. Throughout the process, clear and concise documentation should allow all members of the team to track progress and estimated completion of each component.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with client and implementation team to identify business and functional requirements
- Analyze limitations / gaps between business requirements and technical functionality
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements
- Manage updates / changes to business and functional requirements and adjust priorities accordingly
- Maintain communication with all stakeholders internal and external
- Serve as a technical resource internally and with clients
- Provide guidance to the deployment team
- Guide clients through business decisions using industry best practices and / or data rationalized analysis
- Test functionality / integrity of technical components
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing if identified through requirement gathering
