First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist who will play a crucial role in identifying, analyzing, and optimizing operational processes within our retail department. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather data, conduct process assessments, and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and member satisfaction.
This is a full-time, hybrid opportunity reporting to the Process Improvement Manager and is based in Hollywood, CA. The targeted salary in California is between $85,000 and $105,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues contributing to process inefficiencies or customer dissatisfaction. Document findings and make informed recommendations to stakeholders.
- Utilize analytical tools and techniques to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining operations, reducing costs, and enhancing customer experience.
- Lead cross-functional projects to completion with quantifiable results, monitor and track progress of improvement initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Develop standardized workflows and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
- Document current processes, proposed changes, and updated procedures in a clear and comprehensive manner and provide trainings to retail teammates accordingly.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements.
- Monitor and analyze KPI data to track performance trends and identify areas for further optimization.
- Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.
