Temporary Office Assistant (Part-time)

Overview

First Entertainment Credit Union is looking for a temporary part-time Office Assistant who will provide quality support to the our Lending team's clerical operation. The primary focus of this role is centered around data retention and record archive. The ideal candidate is someone who appreciates structured processes and compliance as well as an individual who enjoys operation efficiency.

This part-time, onsite opportunity is estimated to last 3~6 months and the targeted pay is between $18 -$20 per hour.

Responsibilities

·       Organize loan documents and applications, digitalize and file the scanned documents accurately.

·       Manage member record retention and destruction process.

·       Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

·       High school graduate, two-year college degree or equivalent preferred, or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

·       Strong attention to details and ability to maintain confidentiality.

·       Knowledge of how to use a personal computer and MS Office products.
