Responsibilities:
- Actively sell health, dental, and vision insurance to individuals and families, aiming to meet or surpass sales goals.
- Assess clients' financial situations and coverage needs to ultimately recommend the best insurance options for them.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and remaining in touch.
- Expand business reach through networking techniques and marketing strategies to obtain new potential clients and promote insurance products.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions, following company guidelines and federal regulations.
- 40 hour work weeks are expected and advised
- 2-15 Health and Life license
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build a strong rapport with clients
- Self motivated and goal orientated
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Technology proficiency preferred but not required (CRM tools, quoting software, and digital platforms for client management, social media for marketing)
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required
